How to reduce lag

Well many people want to reduce your lag.
1) http://www.filesavr.com/sensorsviewpro32setup Use this to watch your heat.If your heat is too high you need to clean your computer.It will reduce your lag too.
2) Then you can do this:Go to Start>Run. Type cmd, then in the command prompt chkdsk c: or in the command prompt chkdsk C: /f It reduced my ping (with cleaning cpu) by 60.
This will work (chkdsk C: [/f] can take some time in Vista run command promt as Administrator.
